Debbie Feyn established Walkies in 1986. Walkies was the first dog walking and pet minding service in Sydney. Debbie says “I was the proud mum of Hamish a border collie and Zoe a german shepherd and coco my burman cat. Like many owners my pets were like my children so when it came time to having a holiday the thought of placing them into a kennel distressed me. I was also busy working in the corporate world and felt guilty leaving them in my yard all day.”

From this she realised there must be other pet owners who felt like her so Walkies was born. It’s motto is to look after the pets and help owners in the same position.

With 19 years experience and hundreds of references from satisfied clients walkies now own three large spacious and airy vans and have dedicated staff members who have been with Walkies for years. Mike, Nastazia, Helen and assistants are nicky, Mathew and Mike.

Walkies has been busy helping owners walk their dogs. Debbie says “We take them to different parks in spacious vans and they run around care free for an hour under the watchful eye of two professional experienced walkers.”
